Sub-processors
These are categories of third parties that may process data when you enable the related feature. Exact vendors depend on your configuration.

| Stripe | Card payments for subscriptions, conversation-minute packs, and donations | Card data is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. |
| Configured telephony providers | Inbound voice connectivity when you attach a number | Depends on the provider you enable (for example Twilio, Plivo, or SIP). |
| Configured speech and LLM providers | Speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversation models | Depends on the engines enabled for your workspace (for example ElevenLabs or OpenAI). |
| Email delivery provider | Transactional email such as sign-in and receipts | Used only when the workspace sends those messages. |
| Hosting and database | Application hosting and PostgreSQL storage | Region follows the deployment you operate; we do not advertise a guaranteed EU-only residency. |
